KV.ee Won't Load in the Browser

If the site doesn't open at all, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. Try a different browser — Chrome, Firefox, or Edge — to rule out a browser-specific glitch. Check whether other websites load normally. If they do, the issue is likely on KV.ee's end. Wait 10–15 minutes and try again.

Photos and Listings Fail to Display

Broken images or missing listing photos usually point to a slow or unstable connection. Run a speed test — if your download speed is below 5 Mbps, images may not load properly. Also disable any browser extensions that block scripts or images, since these can interfere with how the page renders property photos.

Login Errors in Personal Account
  • Double-check that you're entering the correct email and password — copy-paste errors are common
  • Use the password reset option if you haven't logged in for a while
  • Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser settings, since the site needs them to maintain your session
  • If you're logging in via a company account, confirm your user role hasn't been changed by an administrator
Search Filters Return Wrong Results

This is often a cached state issue. If filters seem stuck or ignore your selections, clear the site data for KV.ee in your browser settings and reload. On mobile, close the app fully and reopen it. If the map view freezes or fails to update markers, switching from map mode to list mode and back usually fixes it.

  • If the listing shows active in your account but not in search, contact support with the listing ID
Messages Not Sending to Sellers

If your message to a seller gets stuck or disappears after sending, check your internet connection stability first. Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) often resolves it. If the problem repeats across multiple listings, log out and log back in to refresh your session token.
