Where most complaints about this service are coming from, over the last 24 hours.
Shows where the service URL was unreachable during the detected outage periods. Percentages indicate the share of failed checks from monitoring locations in each country.

Clear your browser cache first — stale cached files are a common culprit. If the site still doesn't open, try a different browser or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data to rule out a local network issue. DNS problems can also block access, so changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 often resolves it quickly.
This usually comes down to three things:
KVK relies on DigiD for identity verification. If the DigiD step freezes or returns an error, check whether the DigiD service itself has an outage on their end. Also confirm the DigiD app on your phone is updated to the latest version and that your phone's date and time are set to automatic — a wrong system clock breaks the authentication handshake.
If the company register search shows nothing or gives unexpected results, try simplifying your query — searching by KVK number instead of company name eliminates spelling variation issues. Also check whether filters are applied that narrow results too aggressively.
Some official extracts and documents from the register are delivered as PDFs. If they don't open or the download stalls, make sure your browser isn't blocking pop-ups, since downloads sometimes trigger in a new window. If the file downloads but won't open, your PDF reader may need an update.
When purchasing an official company extract, payment failures usually trace back to your bank's 3D Secure check not completing. Make sure your banking app is installed and notifications are enabled so you can approve the transaction. If the charge appears but you receive no document, wait a few minutes and check your email including the spam folder before retrying.
On smartphones, the interface can freeze or display elements incorrectly if the browser is outdated. Switching to a current version of Chrome or Safari fixes most layout and interaction issues. If a form won't submit on mobile, rotating the screen or zooming out sometimes unsticks it.
