If the RET website fails to open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a different browser or device. DNS issues can also block access — switching to a public DNS like 8.8.8.8 sometimes resolves it. If the site loads on mobile data but not on Wi-Fi, the problem is likely on your router side.
A failed login is usually caused by cached session data or an outdated password. Clear browser cookies, make sure Caps Lock is off, and try resetting your password through the official recovery flow. If two-factor authentication codes aren't arriving, check that your phone number on file is still active and that SMS isn't being filtered as spam.
When a payment gets rejected, check a few things before assuming a server problem:
Outdated app versions are a frequent cause of frozen screens and unexpected shutdowns. Update the RET app through your device's app store, then force-close and relaunch it. If crashes persist, uninstalling and reinstalling usually clears corrupted local data.
A transfer that stalls at 'processing' is often a temporary server-side delay. Wait a few minutes before retrying — submitting it again too quickly can result in duplicate requests. If the issue repeats, log out, clear the app cache, and try again. Check your account balance and any daily transfer limits that may apply.
If system messages or confirmation codes stop arriving, check your device notification settings and make sure the app has permission to send alerts. On iOS, also verify that Do Not Disturb isn't active. For email notifications, check the spam folder and whitelist the sender domain.
A sluggish interface often comes down to a congested local network rather than the service itself. Run a speed test to check your connection quality. Restarting your router and connecting via a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi can noticeably reduce response times and page load delays.
