Service info and troubleshooting

LeTEC Website Won't Load

If the LeTEC website fails to open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a hard reload. If that doesn't help, switch to a different browser or try opening the page in incognito mode. Sometimes a specific browser extension blocks page rendering. Disable them one by one to find the culprit. If the site still won't load, check your DNS settings — switching to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 often resolves connectivity issues tied to your ISP.

Login Errors in Personal Account

Authentication failures are usually caused by one of a few things:

  • Cached credentials that no longer match — clear saved passwords in your browser
  • Session token conflicts — log out from all devices, then log back in
  • Two-factor authentication delays — if the SMS code arrives late, request a new one and avoid submitting the expired one
  • Account lockout after multiple failed attempts — wait 15–30 minutes before retrying
Payment Not Going Through

A failed payment on LeTEC typically comes down to card restrictions or session timeouts. First, confirm your card isn't blocked for online transactions — many banks disable this by default. Check that the billing address and card details are entered exactly as your bank has them on file. If the page freezes during checkout, don't click multiple times; refresh and check your transaction history before retrying to avoid duplicate charges.

Frozen or Unresponsive Interface

When the interface stops responding, a full page reload usually restores functionality. If elements remain stuck, JavaScript may not be executing properly — check if your browser is up to date. On mobile, force-close the app and relaunch it. Persistent freezes on the same screen often point to a heavy local cache; clearing app data fixes this in most cases.

Slow Response and High Load Times

High latency when using the service can come from your local network rather than the platform itself. Run a quick speed test to rule out connection issues. If your speeds are fine but LeTEC pages still load slowly, try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa. Router reboots solve more problems than people expect — unplug it for 30 seconds and reconnect.

Mobile App Not Working Properly
  • Make sure the app is updated to the latest version available in your store
  • Check that background data access is enabled for the app in your device settings
  • On Android, revoke and re-grant app permissions if certain features refuse to work
  • If the app crashes on launch, reinstall it rather than just updating — corrupted local data won't clear on its own
