The Lieferando app sometimes freezes right at checkout. Usually happens when your phone is running low on memory or the app cache got corrupted. Clear the app cache in your phone settings under Applications, then restart the app. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the app completely. Make sure you're running the latest version from the app store.
Your card gets rejected even though you have enough money on it. First, check if your bank didn't block the transaction, thinking it's suspicious. Some banks do this with food delivery services.
