Service info and troubleshooting

Control panel login fails repeatedly

Check if your browser stores outdated cookies. Clear cache and cookies for the Customer Control Panel, then attempt login again. If two-factor authentication is enabled, verify that your device clock syncs correctly - time discrepancies cause authentication codes to fail. Password managers sometimes autofill incorrect credentials, so type your username manually to rule this out.

Server becomes unreachable without warning

First ping your server IP from command line to confirm network connectivity. If ping succeeds but SSH fails, restart the SSH service through the web console. Firewall rules might block your current IP address - review iptables or firewalld settings. For VPS instances, check if the server exhausted RAM or CPU resources, causing the system to freeze. Reboot through the control panel if necessary.

DNS changes take too long to propagate

DNS modifications typically propagate within 24 hours, but local caching often causes delays. Flush your local DNS cache: run ipconfig /flushdns on Windows or sudo dscacheutil -flushcache on macOS. Test resolution using online DNS checkers from different global locations. If records still show old values after 48 hours, verify you edited the correct zone file in the web interface.

Payment processing returns error messages

Double-check that your card hasn't expired and has sufficient funds. Payment gateways sometimes reject transactions if billing address doesn't match card details exactly. Try an alternative payment method from your account settings. Browser extensions that block tracking scripts occasionally interfere with payment forms - disable them temporarily and retry.

Email delivery fails from hosted domains

Misconfigured SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records cause receiving servers to reject messages. Validate your DNS records using MX Toolbox or similar checkers. Verify SMTP credentials in your email client match the settings provided in documentation. Check if your IP appears on blacklists, which happens after spam complaints. Review mail logs through webmail interface for specific rejection reasons.
