Clear your browser cache and cookies first — this fixes the majority of loading failures. If the site still doesn't respond, try a different browser or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data to rule out a local network issue. Check whether your router needs a restart. If nothing helps, the server may be temporarily unavailable; wait 10–15 minutes and try again.
A wrong password after several attempts will trigger an account lock. Use the password reset option on the login page and follow the steps sent to your registered email or phone. If the reset message never arrives, check your spam folder. Also confirm that your browser accepts cookies and that JavaScript is enabled — without these, the authentication process often breaks silently.
Force-close the app and reopen it. If it keeps crashing, clear the app cache through your phone's storage settings. An outdated app version is a common culprit — update through your app store. On iOS, restarting the device often clears memory conflicts that cause freezing.
Network delays from your mobile carrier can hold up one-time codes for several minutes. Wait up to five minutes before requesting a new code. If your phone has poor signal, move to an area with better reception and try again. Also check that the phone number linked to your account is still active and correct.
Run a speed test to check your connection. If latency is above 100 ms consistently, the problem is on your network side. Switch to a wired connection if possible, or move closer to your Wi-Fi router. Avoid using the service over congested public Wi-Fi — transaction timeouts are much more frequent on such networks.
PDF statements sometimes fail to open if a browser PDF plugin is misconfigured. Try downloading the file directly to your device instead of opening it in the browser tab. If the download starts but never completes, disable browser extensions temporarily — ad blockers occasionally interfere with file delivery from banking domains.
