Clear your browser cache and try a hard reload. If the site still doesn't respond, switch to a different browser — Chrome, Firefox, and Edge all handle the ÖAMTC web platform differently. Check whether your ISP is blocking anything unusual by testing on mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
This usually comes down to three things:
If a membership fee or service payment keeps failing, first check that your card supports 3D Secure authentication, since the portal requires it. Try a different card or a bank transfer if the option is available. Also make sure your billing address in the portal matches exactly what your bank has on file — a single mismatched character can trigger a decline.
Force-close the ÖAMTC app and clear its cache from your device settings. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the official store. On Android, also check that background data is not restricted for the app, as this can cause it to hang on the loading screen.
This is often a temporary data sync issue. Pull down to refresh the map view, or close and reopen the search panel. If location services are off on your device, the search defaults to a generic region and may return nothing useful. Enabling GPS and allowing the app precise location access usually resolves it immediately.
Log out and back in to force a fresh data pull from the server. If the digital card still doesn't appear, check whether your membership renewal is fully processed — a pending payment can put the account in a limited state where the card display is suppressed until the transaction clears.
