If the Telepass app freezes on launch or crashes immediately, start by force-closing it and clearing the cache through your device settings. On Android, go to app info and clear cached data. On iOS, swipe the app away and relaunch. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the store. Outdated builds often break after backend updates.
A failed login usually comes down to one of three things: a browser cookie conflict, a session timeout, or a password that was reset on one device but not updated on another. Try logging in from an incognito window or a different browser. If the issue persists, use the password reset flow and make sure you're using the email address tied to your account, not an alias.
This usually happens when the session token is valid but the data sync fails midway. Logging out fully and back in forces a fresh token exchange. If the dashboard still shows blank panels, try a hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R on desktop.
Transaction records can lag by several hours after a toll crossing. If yours hasn't appeared after 24 hours, check whether the transponder was properly detected — a missing read won't generate a record at all. Contact support with your route details and timestamp.
Mounting position matters significantly. The transponder should sit behind the windshield near the top center, away from metallic tints or heating elements embedded in the glass. A misplaced unit causes frequent missed reads and triggers manual billing, which takes longer to reconcile in the app.
