Clear your browser cache and try a hard refresh. If the site still doesn't respond, check whether your DNS settings are causing issues — switching to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 sometimes resolves it instantly. Also test on a different browser or device to rule out a local configuration problem.
This usually comes down to three things:
If your payment keeps getting declined, first confirm the card is enabled for online transactions with your bank. Some banks block transport-related merchants by default. Try a different payment method or contact your bank to authorize the transaction category before attempting again.
Force-close the app completely, then check for a pending update in the app store. Outdated versions frequently break after server-side changes. If the latest version still crashes, uninstall and reinstall — this clears corrupted local data that updates don't always fix.
A frozen or empty search result usually means the request timed out before the server responded. Check your connection speed, reduce the search parameters to just origin and destination, and avoid peak hours when server load spikes. Reloading the page and repeating the search typically resolves it.
Check your spam folder first. If nothing is there, the mail server delay is usually on the sending side and resolves within 15–30 minutes. If you still get nothing after that window, log in and check whether the booking appears in your account history — the reservation may be confirmed even without the email.
