If the site or app does not load, the cause is often local: unstable mobile internet, overloaded browser cache, or an outdated app version. First, check whether other sites open normally. If they do, restart the app or reload the page, then clear cache and cookies in the browser. In the app, force stop it and open it again. If the page partly loads without images or buttons, disable ad blockers or privacy extensions for a minute and test again.
A wrong password is the obvious reason, but not the only one. Saved browser autofill may insert an old password. Re-enter credentials manually. If login works in the app but not in the browser, open the site in private mode or another browser. If the account is temporarily locked after many attempts, wait and try later instead of repeating requests.
Sometimes the conversation opens, but new replies do not appear. Pull to refresh the chat, then close and reopen it. Turn on notifications for the app and make sure battery saving is not restricting background activity. If notifications arrive but chat stays empty, log out and back in to resync account data.
Listings with many media files can hang on weak mobile networks. Switch to a more stable connection and try again. In the browser, clear cached images. In the app, check storage permissions. If upload fails, rename the file, use JPG or MP4, and keep file size moderate.
Search problems usually come from stale filters. Reset category, price, delivery, and location filters, then repeat the query with simpler keywords. If map-based results look inaccurate, allow location access or set the city manually. When sorting does not change anything, reload the page instead of endlessly scrolling.
If paying for promotion, delivery, or a secure purchase does not go through, check the card balance, online payment limits, and whether 3D Secure confirmation appeared. A banking app that freezes during confirmation can interrupt the transaction. Do not retry immediately several times: first check card history to avoid duplicate charges. If money was reserved but the order was not created, wait for the bank's reversal window and then contact support with the transaction time and amount.
Slow response, stuck buttons, and high loading time usually point to low free memory or an outdated build. Close other apps, restart the phone, and install the latest update. On Android, clear the app cache; on iPhone, reinstall if the interface remains frozen. If only one section lags, such as favorites or chats, remove a few heavy drafts or old attachments and test again.
