First, force close the application completely and restart it. If that doesn't help, clear the app cache through your phone settings. Go to Settings, find Picnic in your app list, tap Storage, then Clear Cache. For persistent crashes, uninstall and reinstall the app. Make sure you're running the latest version, as older builds often conflict with system updates.
This usually happens when your saved payment method has expired or your bank blocks the transaction. Open your profile settings and check if your card details are current. Try removing the payment method and adding it again. If you're using a debit card, verify you have sufficient funds. Some banks flag grocery delivery services as suspicious, so call your bank to whitelist Picnic transactions.
Double-check you're entering the correct email and password. Use the password reset option if you're unsure. Sometimes accounts get temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts, wait 30 minutes before trying again. If you recently changed your phone number, you might need to verify it again through the email link sent during registration.
The search algorithm is pretty specific. Try shorter keywords instead of full product names. Use generic terms like cheese instead of brand names. Clear your search history in settings, as corrupted cache can break the feature. Switching between categories manually often works better than searching when the function acts up.
Go to your phone's notification settings and verify Picnic has permission to send alerts. On iPhone, check Settings > Notifications > Picnic. On Android, find it under Settings > Apps > Picnic > Notifications. Also check if battery optimization is blocking background activity, as this prevents delivery updates from reaching you in real time.
