If the Polsat Box Go app freezes on launch or crashes right away, start by clearing the app cache. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Polsat Box Go → Clear Cache. On iOS, delete and reinstall the app. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version — older builds often break after backend updates. If the problem persists, check whether your device meets the minimum OS requirements listed in the app store.
Wrong credentials are the obvious cause, but not the only one. Browser autofill sometimes inserts outdated passwords. Try typing credentials manually or use the password reset flow. If the reset email never arrives, check your spam folder. Account lockout can happen after several failed attempts — wait 15–30 minutes before retrying. On the website, clearing cookies and switching to a different browser often resolves persistent login loops.
Failed payments are usually caused by card limits, 3D Secure authentication issues, or a temporary processing error. First, confirm your bank hasn't blocked the transaction — some banks flag streaming subscriptions as suspicious. Try a different payment method or card. If the charge appears on your bank statement but the subscription isn't activated, wait up to 15 minutes and refresh the account page before contacting support.
A "No Signal" message on a Polsat Box satellite receiver usually points to a dish alignment issue or a damaged LMB. After heavy rain or wind, the dish can shift slightly. Check all coaxial cable connections at both the dish and the receiver. If the signal indicator in the receiver menu shows 0%, the LMB may need replacing. Also verify that the receiver is set to the correct satellite — 13°E for the main Hotbird package.
If the search inside the app or website returns empty results or spins indefinitely, the issue is often a temporary index error on the server side. Try searching with a shorter query or just the title keyword. Logging out and back in refreshes the session token and often fixes stuck search states. If the problem affects all content categories, the service may be undergoing maintenance — check official social media channels for announcements.
