  • Verify recipient IBAN accuracy, one wrong digit blocks the entire transaction
  • Some payments require TAN confirmation, check if the code request appeared
  • Large amounts might trigger fraud protection, contact support to whitelist the transaction
  • Network interruptions during confirmation can freeze payments, restart the app completely
Mobile app crashes on startup

Force close the application through phone settings, not just swiping away. Clear app cache in storage settings without deleting data first. If crashes persist, uninstall and reinstall from scratch. Outdated phone operating systems sometimes conflict with banking security protocols — update iOS or Android to current versions.
