App Won't Load or Crashes on Launch

If the Binance app freezes on the splash screen or shuts down immediately, start with the basics: clear the app cache, force-stop it, then reopen. If that doesn't help, uninstall and download the latest version directly from the official source — outdated builds are a common culprit behind crashes and blank screens.

Login Errors and 2FA Failures

A failed login usually comes down to one of three things: wrong credentials, a time-sync issue with your authenticator app, or a session conflict from another device. Open your Google Authenticator or Authy settings and force a time sync. If you're using SMS codes and they're not arriving, check that your number is correct in account settings and that your carrier isn't filtering the messages.

Withdrawal or Transfer Not Going Through

Before assuming something is broken, check the network you selected — sending USDT via TRC20 to an ERC20 address will result in a failed or lost transaction. Also verify:

• The destination address is correct and matches the selected network
• Your account has no active withdrawal restrictions or pending verification steps
• Daily withdrawal limits haven't been reached
• The asset isn't temporarily suspended for on-chain maintenance

Trades Lagging, Interface Freezing

High latency on the trading interface is usually a local network problem. Run a quick speed test — if ping is above 100ms or packet loss is present, switch networks or restart your router. On mobile, toggling airplane mode for a few seconds can reset a sluggish connection. Also try switching between the lite and pro interface versions inside the app.

Deposits Not Reflecting in Account

Crypto deposits require a certain number of blockchain confirmations before they appear. Check the transaction hash on a block explorer to see current confirmation count. For fiat deposits via bank transfer, processing can take 1–3 business days depending on the payment method and region — SEPA is typically faster than SWIFT.

Price Charts or Market Data Not Loading

If candlestick charts show blank areas or fail to update, it's often a browser cache issue. Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on desktop), or switch to a different browser. On mobile, closing background apps to free up RAM usually restores normal data rendering.
