App Crashes on Launch or Freezes

If the Mobilly app stops responding or crashes right after opening, start with the basics: force-close it, clear the cache in your phone settings, and relaunch. On Android, go to app settings and clear cached data without uninstalling. On iOS, offload the app and reinstall it from the App Store. Make sure you're running the latest version — outdated builds often break after server-side updates.

Login Fails or Account Won't Open

Wrong credentials are the obvious cause, but not the only one. Sessions sometimes expire silently, so logging out fully and back in fixes it. If the password reset email never arrives, check your spam folder and make sure the address you're entering matches the one used at registration. Repeated failed attempts may trigger a temporary lock — wait 10–15 minutes before trying again.

Payment Doesn't Go Through

This one has several common causes:

  • Your bank's 3D Secure confirmation times out if you switch apps mid-payment
  • Card limits for online transactions are set too low in your banking app
  • The billing address or card details don't match what your bank has on file
  • Some Lithuanian and Estonian banks require you to whitelist new merchants manually

Try a different payment method or contact your bank to confirm online payments are enabled.

Charging Station Session Won't Start

For EV charging in Poland, the session sometimes fails to initialize even after a successful payment. Wait 60 seconds before assuming it's broken — activation can lag. If the charger stays unresponsive, cancel through the app and retry. Check whether the specific station is listed as available; statuses can be stale for a few minutes after another user's session ends.

Tickets or Passes Not Showing Up

After purchasing a transport ticket, it occasionally takes a minute to appear in your active passes. Pull down to refresh the list manually rather than buying again. If the ticket is still missing after 5 minutes and your bank confirms the charge, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and use it as proof while the issue resolves itself or support responds.

Poor Connection Breaks the Session

Mobilly relies on a stable connection throughout the payment flow. A weak mobile signal mid-transaction can leave a payment in an undefined state — charged but not confirmed. Switch to Wi-Fi when paying for parking or starting a charging session in areas with spotty coverage. If you're indoors at a parking garage, load the payment screen before going underground.
