Mobile data not working on smartphone

First, check if mobile data is enabled in your phone settings and airplane mode is off. Go to network settings and verify that the APN configuration matches your SIM.de plan requirements. Sometimes automatic APN detection fails, so you might need to enter the settings manually. Restart your device after making changes. If the issue persists, remove the SIM card, clean it gently, and reinsert it properly. Check if your data package has remaining volume in the customer portal.

  • Try a different browser or use incognito mode
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere with login
  • Check if you're using the correct email address and password
  • Use the password reset function if you've forgotten your credentials

Payment transaction fails repeatedly

This usually happens when your bank blocks the transaction for security reasons. Contact your bank to authorize payments to the service provider. Verify that your card has sufficient funds and hasn't expired. Try using a different payment method like PayPal or direct debit. No network signal in usual location

Network maintenance or temporary tower issues affect signal strength. Check if other people with different providers have signal in the same spot. Take out your SIM card and reinsert it firmly. Manually search for available networks in your phone settings and select the correct one. Sometimes phones stick to weak signals, so toggling airplane mode forces reconnection to the strongest tower available.
