App Won't Open or Crashes

If the Simpel app freezes on launch or crashes immediately, start by force-closing it and reopening. Clear the app cache in your phone's settings — this fixes most launch failures. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Make sure your OS is up to date, since older Android and iOS versions often conflict with newer app builds.

Personal Account Login Fails

A failed login is usually caused by a cached session or a forgotten password. Tap 'Forgot password' and go through the SMS reset flow. If the code never arrives, check that your number is active and has signal. Disable any call/SMS blocking apps temporarily — they sometimes intercept verification messages. Clearing browser cookies helps when logging in via the website.

Payment or Top-Up Not Going Through

First confirm your card details are entered correctly — expiry date and CVV are common typos. Some banks block online telecom payments by default; call your bank to whitelist the transaction or try a different card. If the page hangs after clicking 'Pay', wait a minute before retrying to avoid a double charge.

Mobile Internet Is Slow or Drops
  • Restart your phone to force it to re-register on the network.
  • Go to mobile network settings and set the preferred network to 4G/LTE only, then switch back to automatic.
  • Check your data balance in the app — a depleted package throttles speeds severely.
  • If slowness is location-specific, the issue is likely tower load and will resolve on its own.
No Signal or Calls Drop

Simpel operates on a host network, so coverage depends on the underlying operator infrastructure. Move to a window or step outside — indoor signal loss is the most common complaint. If the problem persists in an open area, toggle airplane mode on and off to force a fresh network registration. Check the Simpel website or social channels for any announced maintenance.

SMS Messages Not Sending or Arriving

Outgoing SMS failures often mean the message center number is missing or wrong. Open your SMS app settings and verify the SMSC number matches what Simpel specifies in its support docs. For incoming messages, ask the sender to retry — congestion on the originating network is usually the culprit.

Site Loads Slowly or Shows Errors

A slow or error-prone website is most often a temporary server spike. Hard-reload the page with Ctrl+Shift+R on desktop. If a specific page like the payment form keeps failing, try a different browser or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data to rule out a local network issue.
