Where most complaints about this service are coming from, over the last 24 hours.
Shows where the service URL was unreachable during the detected outage periods. Percentages indicate the share of failed checks from monitoring locations in each country.
Tap what’s going wrong — one click helps thousands of others see the outage.
Force-close the app completely and relaunch it. If that doesn't help, clear the app cache through your device settings — on Android go to Apps, find Wetaxi, and tap Clear Cache. On iOS, deleting and reinstalling is the fastest fix since iOS doesn't expose cache controls directly.
This usually comes down to one of three things: a session that's gone stale, a temporary account lock after multiple failed attempts, or a phone number entered in the wrong format. Try logging out fully if you're stuck on a loading screen, then log back in. If the confirmation SMS isn't arriving, check that your number has no typos and that your carrier isn't blocking short-code messages.
Clear the app data, open a fresh session, and check your bank app to confirm whether the charge actually posted. If money left your account but no booking appeared, contact support with the transaction timestamp — the payment gateway and the booking system occasionally fall out of sync.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. A weak signal causes the map tiles to hang indefinitely. If the interface is frozen completely, the screen hasn't crashed — it's usually waiting on a location data packet. Toggling airplane mode off and on resets the GPS lock and often clears the freeze within seconds.
Log out and back in to force a session refresh. Order history syncs from the server on login, so a stale session can show an empty or outdated list even when rides exist.
