If the flight or hotel search just spins without results, the issue is almost always a stale browser cache or an overloaded tab. Clear your cache, close extra tabs, and reload. On mobile, force-quit the app and reopen it — that fixes the freeze in most cases.
Google Travel pulls live data from partner sites, and sometimes the sync lags. What you see on screen may be 10–15 minutes old. Tap the refresh icon on the results page directly — don't just scroll down hoping it'll update on its own. If prices still look frozen, try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data to rule out a local DNS cache issue.
A sudden 500 or 'Something went wrong' screen usually means a temporary hiccup on Google's end. Wait two or three minutes and try again. If it persists across devices, check your internet connection — run a quick speed test to confirm you're actually online and not just showing bars with no real throughput.
