Video player won't start or freezes

If the video player doesn't load or stops mid-stream, your browser cache might be causing conflicts. Clear browsing data including cookies and cached images, then restart the browser. Outdated browser versions often struggle with the streaming player, so update to the latest release. Try switching browsers temporarily—Chrome and Firefox handle the media player better than older Edge versions. Disable browser extensions one by one, particularly ad blockers and privacy tools, as they can interfere with video playback.

Content shows unavailable or regional error

The platform restricts certain broadcasts based on licensing agreements. If you're within Germany but still see this message, check your device's location settings are enabled and accurate. Router configurations sometimes mask your actual location—restart your router and device, then try again. For mobile users, ensure location services are turned on for the app in system settings.

Live stream constantly buffers or lags
  • Check your internet speed first. Streaming requires at least 6 Mbps for standard quality and 16 Mbps for HD
  • Connect via Ethernet cable instead of WiFi to eliminate wireless interference
  • Close other applications consuming bandwidth like downloads, cloud backups, or other streaming services
  • Lower video quality manually in player settings if your connection can't sustain higher resolutions
  • Restart your modem and router to refresh the connection
Login credentials rejected repeatedly

Double-check you're entering the correct email format and password without extra spaces. Use the password reset function if you're unsure—the recovery email arrives within minutes. Clear browser cookies specifically for the domain, as corrupted session data blocks authentication. If you recently changed your password, allow 10 minutes for the system to update across all servers.

App crashes on startup or during use

Mobile apps need regular updates to function properly. Visit the App Store or Google Play and install the latest version. If crashes persist, uninstall completely, restart your device, then reinstall fresh. Check your device has adequate storage space—less than 1GB free can cause app instability. Older smartphones running Android 8 or iOS 12 may not support current app features.

Search function returns no results

Temporary server hiccups affect search indexing. Wait 15 minutes and try your query again with different keywords. Avoid special characters or overly specific phrases. If searching within the app, force-close it and reopen. Browser users should try incognito mode to rule out cache issues affecting search functionality.
