App Won't Open or Crashes on Launch

If the Bank Millennium mobile app freezes on the splash screen or closes immediately, start with the basics: force-close it, clear the cache in your device settings, then reopen. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Outdated app versions frequently lose compatibility with updated server-side security protocols.

Login Errors in Online Banking

Failed login attempts are usually caused by one of three things: an incorrect password, a session that wasn't properly closed earlier, or a temporary account lock after multiple wrong entries. Reset your password through the 'Forgot password' link, use the official Milenet portal, and make sure your browser accepts cookies. Try a different browser or incognito mode to rule out extension conflicts.

Payments and Transfers Not Going Through

When a payment gets stuck at the confirmation stage, check the following:

  • Your account balance and daily transfer limit
  • Whether the recipient's account number is entered correctly
  • The status of your SMS authorization — the confirmation code sometimes arrives with a delay of 2–5 minutes
  • Whether your card is not temporarily blocked due to a security flag

If everything looks correct and the transaction still fails, wait 10–15 minutes and retry. Duplicate attempts in quick succession can trigger fraud filters.

SMS Codes Not Arriving

This is one of the more frustrating issues. First, confirm your phone has a stable signal — low reception directly prevents SMS delivery. Check that your number on file in the banking profile is current. Some mobile operators throttle or delay transactional SMS during peak hours. If codes consistently don't arrive, contact support to switch to the mobile token method available in the app.

Website Loading Slowly or Not at All

High ping or complete unavailability of the Millennium website usually points to a local internet issue rather than the bank's servers. Restart your router, switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa), and flush your DNS cache. On Windows, run 'ipconfig /flushdns' in the command prompt. If the site loads on another device or network, the problem is on your end.

Interface Frozen in the Browser

A stuck or unresponsive web banking interface is almost always a browser problem. Clear your cache and cookies, disable browser extensions one by one to identify conflicts, and make sure JavaScript is enabled. Chrome and Firefox tend to work most reliably with Milenet.
