Service info and troubleshooting

Collect&Go Website Won't Load

If the site refuses to open or shows a blank page, start with the basics: clear your browser cache, disable any extensions that might interfere with scripts, and try a different browser. If that doesn't help, check whether your DNS is resolving correctly — switching to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 sometimes fixes silent loading failures. Also confirm your internet connection is actually working by opening another site.

Login Fails or Account Won't Open

Authentication errors usually come down to a few things:

  • Cached credentials in the browser autofill conflicting with an updated password
  • Cookies blocked by browser privacy settings — allow them for the domain
  • Session timeout after inactivity — simply log out fully and sign back in
  • Wrong region or language selected, which can redirect the login request incorrectly
Online Payment Doesn't Go Through

A failed payment at checkout is frustrating but usually fixable. First, verify your card details and check that 3D Secure is enabled with your bank. Some banks flag unfamiliar merchants and block the transaction automatically — a quick call to your bank or approving it via your banking app resolves this. If the payment form freezes mid-process, refresh the page and check your order history before trying again to avoid a double charge.

App Freezes or Buttons Don't Respond

Force-close the Collect&Go app, then reopen it. If the interface stays frozen on a specific screen, try clearing the app cache in your device settings. Outdated app versions often cause UI glitches — check for an available update. On iOS, a full device restart after updating usually clears leftover conflicts.

Orders or Search Results Not Showing

If your cart appears empty or product search returns nothing, it's often a sync issue between the app and the server. Pull to refresh, or log out and back in to force a fresh data load. If you're on a weak mobile connection, the catalog may load partially — switching to Wi-Fi typically fixes incomplete page rendering.

Slow Performance and High Response Times

Heavy traffic on weekends or during promotions can slow the service noticeably. Reducing the number of open browser tabs, disabling heavy extensions, and using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi all help. If ping is consistently high regardless of your setup, the issue is likely on the server side — waiting 10–15 minutes and retrying usually resolves it.
