Clear your browser cache and cookies first — this fixes the majority of page loading failures. If the site still doesn't respond, try a different browser or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data. DNS issues can also block access; switching to Google DNS (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) often resolves it within minutes.
If you're getting authentication errors, start with the obvious: confirm the email address and password are correct, then request a password reset via the registered email. Sometimes the session token gets corrupted — logging out fully, clearing site data in browser settings, and logging back in solves it. On mobile, force-closing the app and relaunching also clears stuck session states.
This usually comes down to an outdated app version or corrupted local data. Update the app through the official store, and if the problem persists, clear the app cache in your phone's settings without uninstalling it. On iOS, offloading and reinstalling the app resets it cleanly.
If the search bar produces empty results or spins indefinitely, the issue is often a slow or dropped connection. Run a speed test — anything below 5 Mbps can cause search timeouts on content-heavy retail sites. Reloading the page or switching networks typically restores it. If the problem is consistent across sessions, the service's search index may be updating; waiting 10–15 minutes usually helps.
Heavy traffic periods, typically evenings and weekends, slow down server response noticeably. If pages take more than 8–10 seconds to respond consistently, restart your router and test another site to isolate whether it's a local network issue. Connecting via a wired ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi reduces latency and often restores normal speed.
