City24 Website Won't Load at All

Clear your browser cache and cookies first — this solves the problem in most cases. If the site still doesn't open, try a different browser or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data. Check whether your ISP is blocking certain domains by testing the connection from another network. If nothing helps, the server may be temporarily down — wait 10–15 minutes and try again.

Login Errors in Personal Account

If you can't log in, double-check your credentials manually instead of relying on autofill — saved passwords often get corrupted after updates. Reset your password if the error persists. Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser, since the authentication system requires them. On mobile, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to clear corrupted session data.

Payment Not Going Through
  • Verify that your card details are entered correctly, including the expiry date and CVV
  • Check that your bank hasn't blocked the transaction — some banks flag online payments by default
  • Make sure your card supports online payments and has sufficient funds including any service fees
  • Try a different payment method or card if the issue repeats
App Freezes or Interface Stops Responding

Force-close the City24 app and reopen it. If the interface stays frozen, check your device storage — less than 500 MB free can cause serious performance issues. Update the app to the latest version, as older builds often have rendering bugs. On Android, clearing the app cache through device settings usually resolves freezing without losing your data.

Transfer Fails or Gets Stuck

Transfers can hang due to a timeout on the server side. If a transfer shows as pending for more than 15 minutes, don't retry immediately — a duplicate transaction may go through later. Check your transaction history before attempting again. If the status stays unclear, contact support with the transaction ID rather than submitting a new request.

Slow Response and High Ping
  • Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired connection or move closer to your router
  • Restart your router if pages load slowly across all services, not just this one
  • Avoid peak hours when server load is typically highest — usually early evenings on weekdays
  • Disable browser extensions that intercept network traffic, such as ad blockers or script managers
Mobile App Not Working After Update

After an update, the app sometimes fails to launch or crashes on startup. Uninstall the update and reinstall from the official store. If the problem started right after a system update on your phone, check whether the app is compatible with your current OS version. iOS users can try offloading the app through device settings, which reinstalls it without deleting account data.
