Login Page Won't Load

If the Coop Pank online banking page fails to open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a hard reload (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). Switch to a different browser — Chrome, Firefox, or Edge — to rule out a browser-specific issue. If the problem persists across browsers, check whether your internet connection is actually working by opening any other site.

Two-Factor Authentication Code Not Arriving

SMS confirmation codes sometimes get stuck due to mobile network delays or operator-side filtering. Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code. If the message still doesn't arrive, check that your phone number on file is correct in your profile settings. Restarting your phone and toggling airplane mode on and off can force the network to re-register and often clears the issue.

Payment Gets Stuck or Fails
  • Verify that the IBAN you're sending to is entered without spaces and matches the correct format for the destination country.
  • Check your daily transaction limit in account settings — payments silently fail when the limit is reached.
  • Confirm the account has sufficient available balance, including any reserved amounts.
  • If paying a new beneficiary for the first time, the system may require additional confirmation steps via Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.
App Freezes on the Dashboard

The Coop Pank mobile app occasionally freezes after an OS update or when device storage is critically low. Force-close the app completely, free up at least 500 MB of storage, and reopen. If freezing continues, uninstall and reinstall the app from the official App Store or Google Play — this resets local cached data that sometimes gets corrupted.

Transfers Pending for Too Long

Domestic transfers within Estonia typically process within minutes during business hours. If a transfer stays in 'pending' status beyond 30 minutes, log out and back in to refresh the transaction state. Cross-border SEPA transfers can take up to one business day, and any transfer initiated after 17:00 EET will be processed the next working day.

Mobile App Won't Connect

When the app shows a connection error despite having working mobile data, the issue is often with the device's DNS or a temporary server timeout. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa. If that doesn't help, go to your phone's network settings and reset network configurations. On Android, also check that the app has not been restricted by battery optimization settings, which can block background connections.
