Service info and troubleshooting

Flibco App Won't Open or Load

If the mobile app freezes on the splash screen or refuses to open, start by clearing the app cache. On Android, go to your device settings, find the app in the installed applications list, and clear both cache and stored data. On iOS, delete and reinstall the app. Also check that you're running the latest version — outdated builds often lose compatibility with backend updates.

Login Fails Despite Correct Credentials

A failed login is usually caused by a browser caching an old session cookie. Clear your browser cookies and try again in a private window. If you're using the mobile app, log out fully and log back in. Reset your password if the issue persists — sometimes accounts get flagged after multiple failed attempts and require a fresh token.

Payment Not Going Through at Checkout
  • Check that your card supports online international transactions — some banks block cross-border payments by default
  • Make sure billing details match exactly what your bank has on file
  • Try a different browser or switch from the app to the mobile website
  • Disable any browser extensions that interfere with payment forms, such as ad blockers or script managers
  • If your bank app shows a pending authorization request, approve it and retry the transaction
Search Returns No Results or Wrong Routes

This usually points to a caching issue on the client side. Force-refresh the search page with Ctrl+Shift+R on desktop. If route results appear empty for dates you know exist, try adjusting the departure date by one day — the calendar widget sometimes sends an off-by-one date to the server. Switching to a different device can confirm whether the problem is local.

Booking Confirmation Email Never Arrives

Check your spam folder first. If nothing is there, log into your account and look for the booking under your trip history — the reservation may have gone through even without the email. Add the Flibco sender domain to your safe senders list and trigger a manual resend from the booking details page if that option is available.

Slow Interface and High Response Times

A sluggish interface during seat selection or checkout is almost always a network issue rather than a server failure. Run a quick speed test and check whether other sites load normally. If you're on mobile data with weak signal, switch to Wi-Fi. Wired connections outperform Wi-Fi for completing bookings when latency matters. If only Flibco pages are slow, try flushing your DNS cache — on Windows use ipconfig /flushdns, on macOS use the equivalent terminal command.
