Clear the app cache first — on Android go to Settings, find the Greenwheels app under installed applications, and tap Clear Cache. On iOS, delete and reinstall the app entirely. Make sure your OS version meets the minimum requirements listed on the official website. If the app crashes immediately after the splash screen, the local data might be corrupted, and a clean install usually fixes it.
This often comes down to a mismatch between what you're typing and what the system expects. Check that Caps Lock is off and that you're using the email address registered during sign-up, not an alias. If the password reset email never arrives, check your spam folder and wait up to 10 minutes before requesting another. Too many failed attempts can trigger a temporary account lock — in that case, contacting support directly is the only way through.
The confirmation email sometimes gets caught in spam filters or delayed by mail server queues. Log into your account through the browser and check your bookings section directly — if the reservation appears there, the booking went through even without the email. If nothing shows up in your account either, the session likely timed out before the payment was processed and you'll need to start over.
A frozen map almost always points to a connectivity issue rather than a server problem. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa to rule out a local network issue. If the map tiles load but vehicles don't appear, try zooming out — the search radius may simply be too narrow. Restarting the app after switching networks tends to resolve this faster than waiting it out.
If your profile or rental history won't load, the session token may have expired. Log out completely and log back in. On desktop, clearing browser cookies for the site resolves most cases where the interface loads partially but data doesn't appear. Avoid using multiple tabs with the service open simultaneously — it can cause session conflicts that break account pages unexpectedly.
