Website Fails to Load or Times Out

If the Lux Express website won't open, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a hard reload. If that doesn't help, switch to a different browser entirely — Chromium-based browsers generally handle the booking engine better than older Firefox versions. Check whether your DNS is resolving correctly by trying a public DNS like 8.8.8.8. If the site loads on mobile data but not on Wi-Fi, the issue is likely on your local network side.

Booking Page Freezes Mid-Search

This usually happens when the seat availability query times out. Avoid clicking the search button multiple times — it stacks duplicate requests and makes the freeze worse. Reload the page, clear the session, and try selecting a slightly different date first to reset the search state. If the interface stays frozen, disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers, which can interrupt dynamic content loading.

Payment Not Going Through at Checkout
  • Check that your card supports online international transactions — some banks block these by default
  • Make sure the billing address you enter matches your bank records exactly
  • Try a different card or switch to an alternative payment method if available
  • If the charge appears pending in your bank app but the booking isn't confirmed, wait 15 minutes before retrying — double-charging is a real risk here
Confirmation Email Never Arrives

Check your spam folder first. If nothing is there, log into your account and look for the booking under your order history — the reservation may have gone through even without the email. Add the Lux Express sender domain to your whitelist and verify that your email address was typed correctly at registration. If the booking shows in your account but no email arrived after an hour, use the support contact form to request a manual resend.

App Crashes on Launch or Login
  • Force-stop the app and clear its cached data in your phone settings
  • Make sure you're running a supported OS version — outdated Android or iOS builds often cause silent crashes
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app if clearing the cache doesn't help
  • If login fails with a correct password, try resetting it via email before assuming the account is locked
Ticket PDF Won't Open or Download

Some users hit this when the file generation is still processing server-side. Wait two or three minutes and refresh your bookings page. If the download button does nothing, try right-clicking and saving the link target manually. On mobile, make sure you have a PDF viewer installed — the app itself doesn't render documents inline.
