Service info and troubleshooting

Website or app won't load

First, check your internet connection by opening any other site. If everything works fine elsewhere, clear your browser cache and cookies. For the mobile app, try force-stopping it in your phone settings and launching again. Sometimes the issue resolves after switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Login errors in personal account
  • Double-check your username and password, paying attention to letter case and keyboard layout
  • Reset your password using the recovery option if you've forgotten it
  • Clear browser cookies specifically for the service domain
  • Try logging in from incognito mode to rule out extension conflicts
  • Make sure your account hasn't been temporarily locked due to multiple failed attempts
Payment or transfer fails

Check if your card has sufficient funds and hasn't expired. Verify that your daily transaction limit hasn't been reached. If paying online, ensure your card is enabled for internet payments in your bank settings. Contact your bank to confirm the transaction wasn't blocked on their end as a security measure.

Server unavailable or high latency

The problem often stems from regional routing issues. Wait 10-15 minutes and retry, as temporary server maintenance might be ongoing. Restart your router to refresh your connection path. If ping remains high, contact your internet provider since the bottleneck might be in their network.

Messages not sending or arriving

Refresh the page or restart the app completely. Check your internet stability by running a speed test. Verify that your device has correct date and time settings, as synchronization issues can block messaging features. If files won't attach, try compressing them or using a different format.

Interface freezing or search errors

Close unnecessary browser tabs to free up memory. Update your browser or app to the latest version. Disable browser extensions temporarily to identify conflicts. For search problems, try using simpler query terms without special characters.
