If the JUDU app freezes on launch or crashes immediately, start by clearing the app cache. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → JUDU → Clear Cache. On iOS, delete and reinstall the app. Make sure your OS version meets the app's minimum requirements — older firmware often causes silent compatibility failures. If the problem persists after reinstall, check whether the app store shows a pending update.
This usually happens when the GPS signal is weak or location permissions are denied. Open your phone's location settings and confirm the app has precise location access enabled. If you're indoors or in a dense urban area, the signal may be too weak — move to an open space and retry. Also double-check the departure and destination fields: the service relies on exact stop names, so partial or misspelled inputs will return nothing.
Stale departure data is almost always a connectivity issue. Check your mobile data or Wi-Fi signal strength. If the connection looks fine but data still won't refresh:
Blank or grey map areas mean the app can't fetch tile data. This is typically a bandwidth issue. Try switching to a stronger network. If you're on a limited data plan, the OS may have restricted background data for JUDU — go to Settings → Mobile Data and make sure the app isn't blocked.
When a ticket purchase fails, first verify that your bank card supports online transactions and that 3D Secure is activated. Some Lithuanian banks block transport app payments by default until you whitelist the merchant. If the payment screen freezes mid-process, do not tap the button again — wait 2–3 minutes and check your bank statement before retrying to avoid double charges.
Failed logins are usually caused by a cached session conflict. Log out fully, clear the app data, and log back in. If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset flow — the email may land in your spam folder. Make sure you're entering the email address used during registration, not an alias.
