LTG Link Website Won't Load at All

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try reloading. If that doesn't help, switch to a different browser — Chromium-based browsers tend to handle the booking engine best. Check whether your ISP is having routing issues by trying a mobile connection instead of Wi-Fi. If the site loads on mobile data but not on your home network, the problem is on your ISP's end.

Search Returns No Results or Errors

This usually happens when the departure or arrival station name isn't recognized. Try typing just the first few letters and selecting from the autocomplete dropdown rather than pasting a full name. Also check the travel date — the system won't return results for dates outside the available booking window.

Payment Fails at the Checkout Step
  • Confirm your card supports 3D Secure authentication, as LTG Link requires it for online transactions
  • Make sure your bank hasn't blocked the transaction — some banks flag foreign or travel-related payments by default
  • Try a different card or switch to an alternative payment method if one is available
  • Double-check that the billing address entered matches what your bank has on file
Ticket PDF or QR Code Won't Load

The confirmation page sometimes times out before the file generates. Wait a minute, then check your email — the ticket is usually sent there automatically. If the email hasn't arrived after ten minutes, log into your account and navigate to your order history to download it manually.

Mobile App Freezes During Booking

Force-close the app completely and reopen it. If freezing happens repeatedly at the same step, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the app store. Older cached data can conflict with updated booking flows after the service pushes an update.

Login Fails Despite Correct Credentials
  • Use the password reset option rather than retrying the same password multiple times — repeated failures can temporarily lock the account
  • Check that your email address is entered in lowercase, as the login field is case-sensitive
  • If you registered via a third-party account, use that same login method instead of entering a password directly
Slow Response and High Load Times

A weak mobile signal is the most common culprit when browsing the booking interface on the go. Switch to a stable Wi-Fi connection before completing a purchase. If the interface feels sluggish even on a good connection, the servers may be under heavy load — try again during off-peak hours, typically early morning on weekdays.
