Website Fails to Load or Times Out

Switch to a different browser or device to rule out a local issue. If the problem persists across devices, the server may be temporarily overloaded — wait a few minutes and retry. Also check your internet connection by opening another site.

Login Not Working in Personal Account

A failed login is usually caused by cached session data or an expired cookie. Clear site data for the domain specifically, not just general cache. If you're getting an 'incorrect password' error but you're certain it's right, use the password reset flow — sometimes sessions get locked after multiple failed attempts. Disable browser extensions like password managers temporarily, as they can autofill outdated credentials.

Payment Not Going Through at Checkout
  • Verify your card details are entered correctly, including the CVV and expiry date
  • Check that your bank hasn't blocked the transaction — some banks flag e-commerce payments from foreign domains
  • Try a different payment method or card
  • Make sure your billing address matches what your bank has on file

Search Returning Wrong or No Results

If the search bar returns empty results or irrelevant products, try rephrasing your query using fewer keywords. Special characters and diacritics can confuse the search index. If filters seem stuck — for example, a category filter that won't clear — reload the page without filters appended in the URL. Occasionally, the search index lags after a site update; waiting 10–15 minutes usually resolves it.

Mobile App Freezing or Not Responding

An outdated app version is the most common culprit for frozen screens or unresponsive buttons. Update the app through the App Store or Google Play. If it's already up to date, force-close it and clear its cache from your phone's app settings. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > [app name] > Storage > Clear Cache. A full reinstall solves most persistent freezing issues.
