No Mobile Signal or Weak Reception

Spusu operates on leased network infrastructure, so coverage depends on the underlying carrier in your region. If you're getting one bar or none, try moving to an open area or near a window. Manually selecting a network in your phone settings sometimes forces a better connection — go to mobile network settings, switch to manual selection, pick the available option, then switch back to automatic.

Mobile Internet Stops Working

First check that mobile data is enabled and that you haven't hit your data cap. If the limit is fine, the issue is often a wrong APN configuration. For Spusu, set the APN to spusu in your mobile network settings, leave username and password empty, and save. Restart the device after applying changes.

SMS Not Sending or Arriving
  • Check that the recipient number includes the correct country code
  • Restart the device to reset the messaging stack
  • Clear the cache of your messaging app
  • Make sure your SMS center number is set correctly — for Spusu it should be +43676800006080
  • If group messages fail, switch from MMS to individual SMS in your app settings
Login Issues in the My Spusu App

The app occasionally rejects credentials after a password change that wasn't fully synced. Log out completely, close the app from recent apps, reopen it, and log in again. If that fails, use the password reset flow via your registered email. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version — older builds sometimes break after backend updates.

Payments Failing at Checkout

Card payments in the portal can fail due to 3D Secure timeouts or mismatched billing details. Double-check that the name and address on your card match exactly what's entered. Try a different browser or switch from mobile to desktop. If your bank is blocking the transaction, a quick call to them to whitelist the charge usually resolves it immediately.

App Interface Freezes or Won't Load
  • Force-close the app and relaunch it
  • Clear the app cache through your phone's storage settings
  • Check your internet connection — the app needs a stable connection to render account data
  • Uninstall and reinstall if the freeze persists after a device restart
High Latency During Data Sessions

Consistently high ping usually points to network congestion or an incorrect network mode. Lock your device to LTE only in mobile network settings and test again. If you're indoors, the signal might be bouncing off walls — stepping outside often drops ping noticeably. Background apps syncing data can also inflate latency, so closing them before testing gives a cleaner picture.
