If the BuildIn.AI interface stops responding or won't open at all, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then do a hard reload (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). Try a different browser — Chromium-based ones tend to work most reliably. If the page loads but freezes mid-session, the culprit is often a browser extension. Disable them one by one to find the offender.
A failed login usually comes down to one of three things: wrong credentials, expired session, or a conflict with autofill. If the password is definitely correct but the system rejects it, request a reset link and check your spam folder — it sometimes lands there. For 'session expired' errors that keep coming back, check that your browser allows cookies from the domain.
When a build or generation request just hangs with a spinning indicator, it's rarely a connection issue. More often the request hit a queue timeout on the server side. Refresh the page, check if your project was saved, and resubmit. If it happens repeatedly, try reducing the complexity of the prompt or splitting the task into smaller steps.
If clicking 'Export' does nothing or the file download starts but never completes, the issue is almost always browser-side. Check that your browser isn't blocking automatic downloads — this setting lives under Privacy or Site Permissions. Also make sure you have enough disk space. If the file appears to download but won't open, re-export and avoid interrupting the connection mid-transfer.
High latency in the editor — sluggish typing, delayed previews — usually means the local device is the bottleneck, not the server. Close unused tabs, especially video-heavy ones. If you're on Wi-Fi, switching to a wired connection can cut response time noticeably. Older hardware may also struggle with resource-intensive project previews.
