If the login page keeps spinning or throws an error, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Sometimes the session token gets corrupted and a fresh start fixes it instantly. If you use Google or Steam to sign in, check that the linked account isn't blocked or has expired permissions — re-authorize the connection in your profile settings.
The queue can freeze if your game client isn't detected properly. Make sure the FACEIT client is running before you launch CS2 or whatever game you're queuing for. Also check that your antivirus isn't blocking the FACEIT Anti-Cheat process — it needs elevated system access to function.
If FACEIT Anti-Cheat shows an error on startup or doesn't initialize, try running it as administrator. On Windows, kernel-level conflicts with other security software are the most common cause. Temporarily disabling third-party antivirus during launch often resolves it. If the issue persists, reinstall the client completely — don't just update over the old version.
This usually means the platform's data sync is lagging. Wait a few minutes and hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R). If stats are missing after a completed match, the result may still be processing — it can take up to 15 minutes to appear.
If a subscription or FACEIT Points purchase fails, double-check that your card supports international transactions. Some banks block gaming platforms by default. Try a different payment method or contact your bank to approve the transaction before retrying.
