If the mobile app freezes on launch or closes immediately, start by clearing the app cache through your device settings. On Android, go to app info and tap clear cache. On iOS, delete and reinstall the app. Make sure you're running a supported OS version — outdated firmware often causes silent compatibility failures. If the issue persists after reinstalling, check whether the app stores show a pending update.
